At around 8.00pm on Tuesday 18 may 2021, a man and three women entered an Adult Store on Wanneroo Road in Balcatta. While the three women distracted the store employee, the man walked around the store and selected two vibrators and a pair of fluffy handcuffs, hiding these items in the clothing he was wearing. The man and three women left the store without purchasing any items.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man and one of the women who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 20 to 30 years of age with collar length dark brown hair. He was wearing a white top with a black hoodie and dark coloured trousers.
