Between 9.00am and 10.00am on Friday 28 May 2021, a man approached a kangaroo fence on Isoodon Street in Barabham and cut a large hole big enough for a vehicle to pass through it. Over the past eighteen months around fifty similar holes have been cut in the fence resulting in multiple kangaroos escaping and being injured or killed by passing traffic.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: tanned skin, solid build, Mohawk style short dark hair with a goatee and side burns. He was wearing a black adidas T-shirt with black trousers.
