At around 2.00pm on Tuesday 31 October 2023, the victim parked his work van in the car park of an apartment block on Wellington Street in West Perth to carry out some work. While the victim was carrying equipment from his van into the building, two women are seen on CCTV walk past the open rear tailgate and reach into the van and remove 9 brand new security cameras in boxes, before walking away with them.

Police have released CCTV images of two women who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The first woman is described as: brown skinned, medium build, between 30 to 40 years of age with black hair tied back into a bun at the back of her head and tattoo visible on the inside of her left forearm. She was wearing a white t-shirt, navy blue sports shorts with sliders.

The second woman is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 40 to 45 years of age with black hair tied up into a bun. She was wearing a black ‘Tommy Hilfiger’ t-shirt, blue jeans with black and white sneakers.
