At around 3.45pm on Monday 6 May 2024, the victim parked his green and black Giant Fathom bicycle outside the front of a business on Welwyn Avenue in Manning. Around ten minutes later the victim walked out of the business to find his bicycle had been stolen. The victim hadn’t locked his bicycle knowing his visit to the business would be quick.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: brown skinned, medium build, with long black curly hair tied back. She was wearing a black, yellow and white jumper, black sports pants, blue and white slides with a waist money belt.
