At around 1.00pm on Thursday 6 May 2021, a man trespassed in a secure car park of a property on Ventnor Avenue in West Perth.
CCTV captured the man jump over the side fence into the car park and walk up to a bicycle secured to a rack and attempt to force open the lock. The man was unsuccessful and walked out of the car park through the front gate of the property.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: light skinned, medium build, short dark brown hair with a beard and between 25 to 35 years of age. He was wearing a dark blue T-shirt, black tracksuit pants with white stripes, white shoes, a red cap and a small black backpack.
