A woman parked her black and white Honda moped at Carlisle Train Station around 7.50am on Thursday 12 November 2020. Around 2.50pm, a man was seen to loiter around the moped for some time before being seen pushing it away from the train station area.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.
The man is described as: Light skinned, thin build with brown wavy hair. He was wearing a black top, black HSV cap and black shorts.He was carrying a black shatchel with a stap.
Police have release an image of the stolen moped.
Described as a 2015 black and white coloured Honda moped with a registration plate of MH83163.
