Detectives from the Rapid Apprehension Squad are seeking the public’s assistance to locate 23-year-old man Rahmali John Hakim CHARLIE, who they believe can assist with an ongoing investigation.
Mr CHARLIE is described as 185cm tall, of slim build with brown hair and brown eyes.
He is known to frequent the Perth City, Bayswater and Thornlie areas.
If sighted, members of the public are advised not to approach Mr CHARLIE but to call Police on 131 444.
