WA Police Force are seeking public assistance in relation to the whereabouts of 29-year-old man X, who they believe can assist with an ongoing investigation.
Mr X is described as being approximately 183cm tall, of medium build, with black hair and brown eyes.
He has tattoos on both arms, one of a dragon, and the other of a skull and rose.
If sighted, do not approach but call Police immediately on 131 444.
