At around 5.00pm on Wednesday 9 August 2023, the victim parked her car on Anaconda Drive in Gosnells. The victim later returned to her car and found her purse and bank cards had been stolen. There was no sign of forced entry but the car was found unlocked. A short time later an attempt was made to make an online purchase using one of the victim’s bank cards, but the bank declined the transaction.
Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.
The woman is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 30 to 40 years of age with blonde hair in a ponytail. She was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt, black pants carrying a black purse and a grocery bag.
