At around 2.45pm on Tuesday 10 January 2023, a tradesperson entered a Church building on Hawker Avenue in Warwick and noticed a powder like substance covering the floors, all the taps were running including a water hydrant and he could hear a loud banging. The tradesperson came across a man in the hallway of the premises who has run and exited the building, jumping over a fence. Police arrived and found three windows smashed and two fire extinguishers activated inside.

Police have released an image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: white skinned, slim build, between 18 to 25 years old, with straight brown, thin moustache and small goatee. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, navy blue Nike shorts, white runners and carrying a black Nike backpack.
