At around 4:50am on Friday 11th December 2020 a woman was sitting alone at a train station in Burswood when she was approached by a man.

 

The man performed an indecent act and made derogatory comments towards the woman.

 

He walked away for a few minutes, before returning and making further comments to the woman.

 

The woman was left feeling uncomfortable and fearful for her safety.

 

When other passengers began to arrive on the platform the man walked away and boarded a train heading towards Thornlie.

 

Police have released a CCTV image of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

 

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, with a short dark beard. He wore a black hat, grey singlet with white logo, dark jeans and black sneakers.
