Between 1.00am and 2.00am on Saturday 23 December 2023, the victim at his unit on Onslow Road in Shenton Park woke up to a car alarm going off. Later that morning at around 7.20am the victim discovered his light blue Kia Cerato hatchback had been stolen from his personal car bay at the unit complex. Bank cards inside his stolen Cerato were used to make 14 fraudulent purchases that same morning before the victim could cancel the cards.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: brown skinned, slim build, between 30 to 40 years of age with long brown curly hair and a tattoo visible on the right side of her neck. She was wearing a black ‘Ecko’ t-shirt, black trousers with black shoes.
