At around 2.00pm on Wednesday 27 September 2023, a man and woman entered a sunglasses store on Albany Highway in Cannington and walked up to the Prada display with each of them trying on a pair. After the woman distracted a staff member at the service counter she abruptly ended the conversation following the man out of the store. Staff checked the display and discovered two pairs of Prada sunglasses missing.

Police have released CCTV images of a man and woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 30 to 35 years of age with an unshaved appearance and a sleeve tattoo on his right arm. He was wearing a black t-shirt, white shorts, white cap and sunglasses.

The woman is described as: tan skinned, slim build, between 30 to 35 years of age with collar length blonde hair and a sleeve tattoo on her left arm. She was wearing a black sports singlet, sports shorts, black and pink joggers with a white cap.
