At around 4.05pm on Wednesday 2 August 2023, a woman entered a liquor store on Cambridge Street in Wembley and is seen on CCTV walk up to the tasting bar and grab a bottle of Lyres Zero alcohol malt spirit off the bar, placing it in her bag. A staff member approached the tasting bar to assist the woman who asked questions about what would be a good wine with dinner. The woman says she will be back later and left the store without paying for the bottle of Lyres.

Police have released CCTV images of a woman who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The woman is described as: light skinned, medium build, between 35 to 40 years of age with long reddish-brown hair tied up into a pony tail. She was wearing a black jumper, black pants, white runners and was carrying a black and white bag.
