At around 3.30pmon Saturday 30 September 2023, the victim was standing on the footpath on Wellington Street in Perth at the intersection of Forrest Place when a man on a bicycle rode past and snatched her Samsung mobile phone out of her hand. The man was last seen heading down Forrest Place on his bicycle with the victim’s phone.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

The man is described as: tan skinned, slim build, between 18 to 25 years of age. He was wearing a black ‘Champion’ hooded jacket, grey track pants, black joggers and black gloves.
