At around 4.00pm on Wednesday 14 December 2022, a man arrived at the victim’s home on Welwyn Avenue in Salter Point to look at a black Kaabo Wolf King GT e-scooter advertised for sale. The victim agreed to let the man test ride the e-scooter when he asked. The man climbed on the e-scooter and rode off down the road out of sight and never returned with the scooter.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The man is described as: light skinned, slim build, between 20 to 30 years of age with an unshaven appearance. He was wearing a dark blue worker’s jumpsuit, work boots, brown cap and carrying a full face motorcycle helmet.
