At around 11.40pm on Friday 13 January 2023, two men are seen climb over a boundary fence from a hotel into the grounds of Western Power. A short time later the same two men are seen climb over a fence exiting the grounds of Western Power into Murray Street and walk off.

Police have released CCTV images of two men who they believe may be able to assist them with their investigation.

The first man is described as: light skinned, slim build, with dark bushy collar length hair. He was wearing a black t-shirt, blue pants, black and white joggers with a white cap worn backwards.

The second man is described as: tan skinned, slim build with short black hair and a moustache. He was wearing a puffer jacket over a black t-shirt, with light coloured knee length shorts and white shoes.
